This policy explains what Avyra Supply LLC collects when you visit avyrasupply.com, why we collect it, and what choices you have.

WHAT WE COLLECT
When you place an order we collect the name, shipping address, billing address, email address, phone number, and payment confirmation needed to fulfil that order. We do not see or store your full card number. Payment is processed by our payment provider.

When you browse the site we automatically receive your IP address, browser type, device type, referring page, and the pages you view. This comes from cookies and similar technologies.

WHY WE USE IT
To process and ship your order, to send order and delivery updates, to answer your questions, to prevent fraud, to meet our legal obligations, and to improve the store.

If you opt in, we also use your email address to send offers. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link and unsubscribing takes effect immediately.

WHO WE SHARE IT WITH
Only with the parties needed to complete your order: our ecommerce platform, our payment processor, our shipping carriers and fulfilment partners, and our email service provider. Each receives only what it needs. We do not sell your personal information.

We may disclose information where required by law, or to protect our rights and the safety of others.

INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS
Some of our service providers operate outside United States. Where information is transferred, we require appropriate safeguards from those providers.

HOW LONG WE KEEP IT
Order records are kept as long as needed for accounting, tax, and warranty purposes. Marketing contact details are kept until you unsubscribe.

YOUR RIGHTS
You may ask us to show you the personal information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it for marketing. Email us and we will respond within 30 days.

Residents of California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, and Utah have additional rights under state law, including the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell personal information.

CHILDREN
This store is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
